Koby Havia

Koby Havai is currently the Facilities/Administrator Director at Greater Miami Jewish Federation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Koby served as the Onboarding Coordinator at AvantStay from March 2022. Koby also has extensive experience as a Property Manager at Central Queens Management and Central Queens Properties from November 2004 to June 2021. Additionally, Koby served as the President at Golf Green Management, LLC from January 2000 to June 2004. Koby holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from City University of New York-College of Staten Island, earned from 1991 to 1995.
