Emily Burck

Emily Burck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and communications within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Development and Communications Manager at Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery since April 2017, Emily leads the annual giving program and oversees donor communication initiatives. Previously at Girl Scouts River Valleys from May 2009 to March 2017, Emily held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Council Program, where over 150 events were planned to empower girls, and Senior Manager positions that focused on volunteer recruitment and program support. Earlier experiences include coordinating after-school programs at YouthCARE and leadership roles at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg University, completed in 2005.
