Alyssa Quaranta

Alyssa Quaranta is a dedicated professional with experience in environmental programs, emergency preparedness, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Associate for Environmental Programs at the Greater New Orleans Foundation since March 2024, Alyssa previously contributed to Team Rubicon as an Associate in International Programs and as Doctrine & Guidance Lead, where responsibilities included designing organizational processes and leading teams in documentation efforts. Prior experience includes roles in community outreach at the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, and as a forensic interviewer at the New Orleans Child Advocacy Center. Alyssa also has a background in education, having taught English at New Orleans Charter Science and Math High School and DSST Public Schools. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Disaster Resilience from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
