Lashawn Jefferies

Lashawn Jefferies, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Greater New York Insurance Companies, where roles have included Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Administrator, and Human Resources Assistant since June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Human Resources Associate at BeneStream, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed assisting with HR tasks, candidate screenings, and employee file management. Additionally, Lashawn contributed to the entertainment industry as a voice-over actor for Nickelodeon's The Backyardigans, voicing the character Uniqua across 80 episodes and various video games. Lashawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Baruch College, obtained in May 2016.
