Dr. Randolph Hudgins

Dr. Randolph Hudgins, PHR has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over three companies throughout their career. Dr. Randolph began their career at Ramsay Health Care, where they established the HR function for a newly created psychiatric residential treatment facility. Dr. Randolph managed an HR clerical staff and was responsible for various HR initiatives such as talent acquisition and compensation surveys. Following this, they worked at Miami-Dade County as a Personnel Tech, Personnel Services Specialist, and Sr. Human Resources Manager, handling tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and employee performance evaluations. Currently, they are serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, where they oversee HR programs, labor relations, and talent acquisition.

Dr. Randolph Hudgins, PHR has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Northcentral University, which they obtained between the years 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Nova Southeastern University, from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Randolph'sundergraduate education includes studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Barry University, although no degree was specified. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr. Hudgins obtained their Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in July 2016.
