Kevin Thibault

Kevin Thibault has a diverse range of work experience in the transportation industry. Kevin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, overseeing the operations of Orlando International and Executive Airports. Prior to this, they served as the Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation from 2019 to 2022. Before their role in government, Thibault held positions at TranSystems as a Senior Vice President and Parsons Corporation as the Florida Infrastructure Leader and Business Development Manager. Kevin also served in various capacities at the Florida Department of Transportation, including Interim Executive Director of Florida's Turnpike Enterprise and Assistant Secretary. Thibault's earlier experience includes being the Director of Planning & Production at Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, where they oversaw the expansion of the Turnpike System.

Kevin Thibault earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Engineering Transfer from Bristol Community College, completing it from 1980 to 1982. Kevin also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer in both Florida and Massachusetts, awarded by the State Board of Professional Engineers.
