Tawana Allen's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the President of Growth Consulting since June 2020. From October 2012 to March 2023, Tawana worked for the Broward County Aviation Department as an Airport Manager - Guest Experience, where they showcased their management skills and directed all aspects of customer service performance.

Tawana Allen received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, where they studied from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from American InterContinental University in 2012. In addition, Tawana Allen obtained a certification as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in November 2018.
