Justin McDonnell

Justin McDonnell is an experienced professional in customer experience and field services, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Luminator Technology Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Director of Field Services at Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions from June 2023 to February 2024. Justin's extensive career includes roles at TOMRA Food as Regional Service Manager, Field Service Manager, and Field Service Engineer from January 2016 to June 2023, as well as a position with MHWirth as Field Service Technician from February 2012 to January 2016. Justin also served in the US Navy from March 2006 to February 2012 as an Electronics Tech, where responsibilities included preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for electronic equipment. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Analytics from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Sciences from the University of Idaho.
