Dawn Walker

Dawn Walker is currently the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Product Coordinator at Ancillary Care Services, Inc. from April 2010 to January 2015. At Ancillary Care Services, Dawn was responsible for collaborating to conceptualize, develop, and launch a structured dialysis cost containment program which generated nearly $500K in Client savings. Dawn also created dialysis and laboratory program training support materials for Sales and Account Management staff, and managed and grew the dialysis cost containment program with annual revenues exceeding $300K.

From July 2005 to February 2009, Dawn worked as a Group Lead in Specimen Management at Quest Diagnostics, Inc. In this role, they managed a team of ten specialized employees, oversaw Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) training, facilitated Laboratory Operations meetings, coordinated Client Problem Resolutions, prepared hundreds of patient samples for testing daily, and participated in Six Sigma and Best Practice training.

Dawn Walker completed their Master of Health Administration at the University of Phoenix. Her undergraduate degree is in Health Administration/Health Informatics from the University of Phoenix. Dawn also has an Associate of Arts from Axia College in Healthcare Administration/Medical Records. Finally, they have a Doctor of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
