Scott Jenkins

Scott Jenkins is a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP, where they focus on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor's rights litigation. Scott has significant experience helping banks, businesses, and individuals resolve disputes and make business deals happen.

Scott represents a large number of national, regional, and community banks, and helps financial institutions with real estate and commercial loan restructuring and workouts, loan and guaranty enforcement actions, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, and receiverships and commercial bankruptcies. Scott also has extensive experience defending their clients against lender liability claims. In addition, Scott represents receivers and trustees in various State and Federal Court proceedings.

Scott also helps businesses of all sizes resolve issues that include breach of contract claims, landlord and tenant matters, partnership disputes, real estate transactions, and transportation-related disputes. Scott has represented clients at the federal and state court level.

In April 2015, Scott joined Greater Phoenix Economic Council as their Director.

Scott Jenkins attended St. Mary's High School before going to the University of Arizona for their B.A. in Political Science. Scott then attended Gonzaga University School of Law for their law degree.
