Aubrey Miller

Aubrey Miller is a seasoned professional in transportation program management, currently serving as a Senior Transportation Program Manager at the Greater Portland Council of Governments since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Transportation Planner and Transportation Planner II at the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments from December 2007 to September 2013, and as a Corporate Environmental Management Intern at Clipper Windpower. Additional experience encompasses a research assistant position at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute and a development and outreach assistant role at the University of California, Santa Barbara Libraries.
