Terri Richer

Terri Richer is a school principal at Greater Southern Tier BOCES for the Regional Summer School program. Previously, Terri worked as a teacher at Elmira City School District. Richer also has experience as an assistant principal at Greater Southern Tier BOCES for the Regional Summer School program. Terri holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Literacy from Elmira College, and a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Elmira College.
