Grace Brickett Smith

Grace Brickett Smith has a strong background in association management and leadership roles within the real estate industry. Grace Brickett began their career as the Education Director at the REALTOR® Association of the Fox Valley in 2015, where they successfully planned and executed numerous educational programs and events while utilizing various communication channels to engage with members. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Director of Education & Member Development, where they provided effective leadership and supervision to a team and acted as a staff liaison to member-driven committees. In 2021, Grace joined the Greater Tampa REALTORS® as the Vice President of Strategy & Engagement, where they led the selection and implementation of a project management platform, revamped the operating budget, and collaborated with upper management on strategic goals. Their hard work and dedication led to a promotion to Executive Vice President. Overall, Grace has proven herself as a skilled leader who is adept at strategic planning, budgeting, program development, and fostering collaboration within organizations.

Grace Brickett Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communication, Public Relations and Advertising from Aurora University. Grace Brickett also completed an Associate of Arts (AA) in Communication and Media Studies from Elgin Community College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate and Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Grace Brickett is also certified in At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Realtor Certified Executive (RCE), and e-PRO Certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. Most recently, they earned a Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in December 2021.
