Heather Howell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in both leadership and innovation across various industries. As President of Greater Than, Heather has demonstrated strategic oversight in organizational growth. Heather has served on the Board of Directors at Republic Bank and held multiple roles at Brown-Forman, including Global Director of Innovation & Trademark for the Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands, Director of Emerging Brands, and Director of Global Innovation. Additionally, Heather has been the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at ROOIBEE RED TEA. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Kentucky University and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellarmine University.
