Maribel Tandazo

Maribel Tandazo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maribel began their career at T-Mobile in 1999 as a Customer Service Team Lead. Maribel then moved on to work at Capital BlueCross, where they held the position of Senior CSR from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, Maribel joined the Greater Valley YMCA (formerly Allentown YMCA), initially serving as the Fundraising Coordinator/Executive Assistant, before taking on the role of Technology and Marketing Coordinator from 2009 to 2011.

Maribel returned to the Greater Valley YMCA in 2013 and has since held various positions within the organization. Maribel started as an Enrollment Coordinator, where they managed program enrollments and provided procedural training to staff. Maribel then became the Community Relations Director, supporting strategic leadership in financial development and increasing community partners. From 2018 to 2023, Maribel served as the Director of Pathway Development, overseeing impact program creation and managing summer feeding programs. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Community Impact, leading various initiatives to improve the organization's impact programs. Overall, Maribel has demonstrated skills in program management, community relations, and leadership throughout their career.
