Veronica Jeon

Veronica Jeon is an experienced executive strategist and advisor in communications and crisis management. Currently, Ms. Jeon serves as the President and CEO at V.SJ, Inc., a full-service results-oriented consultancy serving local, national, and global non-profit, corporate, and government clients. V.SJ, Inc. specializes in strategic communications, public affairs, and crisis management. Her experience from deriving new work in an extremely competitive environment as well as exercising the ability to pay attention to the fine details as a visionary gives Ms. Jeon an excellent understanding of the challenges of managing her clients’ day-to-day necessities, as well as their long-term goals.

As the CEO, Ms. Jeon is responsible for providing strategic leadership for V.SJ, Inc. and establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. She plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the organization's fiscal function and performance. Ms. Jeon enhances and develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures of V/SJ, Inc. by way of systems that improves the overall operation and effectiveness of the company. She also provides technical advice and knowledge to her team. Ms. Jeon is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations and contract negotiations. She manages client relationships and ensures contract fulfillment for all of V.SJ, Inc.’s clients.
