Deb Hodge

Deb Hodge serves as the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor at the Greater Washington Partnership since October 2019, also taking on roles such as Managing Director and Director of Programs for Capital CoLAB. In addition to current responsibilities, Deb Hodge has provided consulting services as a Senior Advisor for organizations including the Business-Higher Education Forum, the AGB (Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges), and The Steve Fund. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Senior Advisor at the Association of Governing Boards and holding positions related to operations and advisement at Excelsior College and SUNY Empire State College. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University at Albany, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University at Albany.
