Ros Connelly

Rosamond Connelly is an experienced professional currently serving as Estate Sustainability Manager at New Zealand Defence Force since February 2023. Additionally, Connelly has been a Councillor for Greater Wellington Regional Council since October 2019, acting as Upper Hutt representative and Deputy-Chair of the Wellington Water Committee. Previous roles include extensive work with the Ministry for Primary Industries, where Connelly held several senior advisor positions from February 2015 to January 2023, as well as serving as Upper Hutt City Councillor from October 2016 to October 2019. Connelly's earlier experience also includes positions with OCS Limited, Morrison Low, Hutt City Council, and various governmental ministries. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Otago and a Masters of Public Management and Policy from Victoria University of Wellington.
