Sallyann Smutek

Sallyann Smutek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Advisor in the Office of the Group Manager Environment at Greater Wellington Regional Council since February 2023, Sallyann previously held significant roles at the Department of Conservation from 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included building a new organizational development practice and fostering an inclusive work environment. Earlier, positions at Isentia spanned General Manager for New Zealand and PMO and Delivery Manager, focusing on achieving revenue targets and delivering IT-based projects.
