Victoria Raeburn

Victoria Raeburn is an experienced organisational development professional with a strong background in enhancing workplace culture and capability. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Manager at Greater Wellington Regional Council since October 2019, Victoria has previously held significant roles at FMG, including Culture & Capability Manager, where leadership was provided to develop an engaged and high-performing organisation. Additional expertise includes previous positions at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade as a Human Resources Adviser/Organisational Development Adviser, where Victoria managed performance management frameworks and led diversity and inclusion strategies. Victoria's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Education from Victoria University of Wellington.
