Fikret's experience also includes working as an Electrical Engineer at OneSteel, where Fikret dealt with AC/DC motors and drives, multiple PLC systems, Rockwell, Siemens, and Pilz. Fikret graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
