Neil Smith

Neil Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service within the water and telecommunications sectors. Currently open to new opportunities, Neil's recent role as Senior Consultant at Greater Western Water involved oversight of the Operations Centre, following a significant tenure at Western Water where responsibilities included leadership positions and direct engagement with field services and customer satisfaction initiatives.
