Tarryn Pratt

Tarryn Pratt (nee Welch) is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Acting Manager of People Operations at Greater Western Water since July 2021, Tarryn has held various roles including Consultant for People Services Projects and HR Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a People & Culture Business Partner and Coordinator at Western Water, as well as roles at The Royal Women's Hospital and the Country Fire Authority, where Tarryn contributed to recruitment, workforce solutions, and employee relations. Tarryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Victoria University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
