Will Gielewski has extensive experience in water infrastructure planning, holding various leadership positions at Greater Western Water since its formation in July 2021, including Team Leader roles in Sewer Network Master Planning, Network and Development Planning, and Growth Planning. Prior to this, Will served at Western Water from February 2003 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure planning as an Infrastructure Planning Coordinator, overseeing master planning in an Acting Planning Manager role, and conducting network investigations as a System Investigations Coordinator. Early career roles included Project Manager for Northern Region projects and Assistant Site Supervisor during the Melton Sewerage Upgrade. Will also contributed as President of the Australian Water Association's Young Water Professionals committee from August 2013 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne and various diplomas in project management and business leadership.
