Keith Richard

Keith Richard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Keith started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they maintained mutant D. melanogaster lines and conducted a deficiency screen. Keith then moved on to work as a Laboratory Technician at the university, performing a range of tasks including skin biopsies and DNA analysis.

In 2009, Keith joined Lifecore Biomedical as a QC Analyst for a brief period. Keith then transitioned to Creative Kidstuff, where they held various roles including Web Analyst, Asst Business Operations Manager & Web Analyst, and Director of Web Operations & Marketing. During their time there, they managed digital marketing and web services, coordinated new initiatives, and led a merger with GreaterGood.com.

Since 2014, Keith has been associated with GreaterGood.com, first as the Director of Operations and currently as the Director of Information Technology. In their current role, they focus on supporting colleagues and removing barriers in traditional IT to provide the best service. Keith considers it a privilege to work with talented individuals in the field of Business/Tech Operations.

Keith Richard completed their education at the University of St. Thomas, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied Biology with a focus on Biochemistry at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2008. Keith Richard also holds multiple certifications, including CISSP Cert Prep, JumpCloud Core Certified, Casper Certified Expert, Casper Certified Administrator, Casper Certified Technician, Google Adwords Qualified Individual, and Google Analytics Qualified Individual.
