Michael Lynd, Jr. is the CEO of Kairoi Residential since December 2017, overseeing a company that manages, develops, and invests in multifamily communities, with a portfolio of over 35,000 units across various locations since 2002. As a partner at Kairoi Investments and Kairoi Development, responsibilities include leading the rebranding of Lynd Residential Properties and Lynd Development Partners to their current names in 2017. Additional leadership roles encompass membership on the Board of Trustees at Trinity University, Chairman of the Alamo Area Regional Mobility Authority, Executive Board Member at Texas Partners Bank, and participation in various local organizations including greater:SATX and the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
