Zachary Brown

Zachary Brown is currently the Vice President at Greatwater Opportunity Capital LLC, where Zachary directs the asset management function for the real estate private equity investment manager and development firm focused on apartments in urban markets within the Great Lakes region. Prior to this role, Zachary held positions at Bedrock Detroit, Plante Moran, Citymark Capital, Courtland Partners, Ltd., and Lorain County Community College, where Zachary gained experience in asset management, real estate investment consulting, and teaching. Zachary holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Akron, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Philosophy from Youngstown State University.
