Jon Nielsen

Jon Nielsen currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Great-West Lifeco Inc, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Jon was the Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer at FWD Insurance from October 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Group Chief Risk Officer and Regional CFO at AIA between September 2007 and September 2019, Deputy Head of Accounting Policy at Allianz from August 2004 to February 2007, and Senior Manager at Deloitte from January 1995 to July 2004. Jon holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
