Claudia Pflughoeft

Claudia Pflughoeft's most recent work experience is as the Plant Human Resources Manager at Grede Holdings LLC, starting in April 2021. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing payroll and benefits, employee relations, strategic planning, recruiting, and handling day-to-day HR tasks. Prior to that, they worked for Eastek Automated Circuit Technologies, LLC as the Human Resources Manager for the US division starting in July 2015 and ending in May 2020. In this role, Claudia independently performed all HR functions for the company and also oversaw the HR function at the parent company, Eastek International. Claudia successfully reorganized the HR department during their time at Eastek.

Claudia Pflughoeft holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Their fields of study during their time at the university were Psychology and Journalism with a specialization in Advertising. In 2013, they enrolled in the Accelerated Learning Program at Waukesha County Technical College and completed a Human Resources Professional Certificate in 2014.
