Matt Hladki

Matt Hladki has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Matt is currently the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Grede Holdings LLC, a Tier One supplier that designs, engineers, and manufactures iron castings for automotive, commercial, and industrial markets. Prior to their role at Grede Holdings, Matt served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) at XPO Logistics, where they managed a team and oversaw operations for one of the largest LTL providers in North America. Before XPO Logistics, they held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker, including VP & Integration Leader for the Newell Tools Acquisition, Vice President of Global Human Resources for STANLEY Engineered Fastening, HR Director for the Americas at Emhart Teknologies Division, and HR Director for the N. America Automotive division at Emhart Teknologies Division. Matt's early career included roles as a Human Resources Manager at General Electric and participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) at General Electric.
