Tish Norman

Tish Norman, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional development consultant and corporate trainer with extensive experience in education and training across various sectors. As the founder and principal consultant at Transforming Leaders Now, Inc. since May 2005, Tish specializes in developing and delivering keynotes and workshops focused on cultural competency and fostering a growth mindset. Currently an adjunct professor at Kentucky State University, Tish teaches a course on African American History, exploring the African American experience and its historical contexts. Tish has also served as a keynote speaker for Greek University since November 2020 and has a background as a corporate trainer for SkillPath, where Tish concentrated on enhancing interpersonal skills and professional growth. Prior experience includes teaching at the Los Angeles Unified School District, complemented by advanced educational qualifications with a Ph.D. candidacy in Pan-African Studies.
