Alejandro Montes

Alejandro Montes has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alejandro worked as the Office Director in Bogotá for Greeley and Hansen starting in February 2017. Before that, they worked as a Consultant and Hydraulic Engineer as an independent professional from November 2009 to January 2017. From January 2009 to January 2017, Alejandro served as an Expert Professional at the Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá ESP. Alejandro also worked as a Guest Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from January 2009 to December 2012. Additionally, Alejandro was a Guest Researcher at Deltares in 2008 and an Assistant Engineer at INGETEC S.A. from August 2004 to August 2006.

Alejandro Montes pursued their education in a chronological manner. Alejandro began their academic journey in 1999 at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2004. Following this, they furthered their education at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Hydraulic Engineering and River Basin Development.
