James Schump has extensive experience in education and security. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Weld County School District 6 since April 2016, James is responsible for organizing class and lesson plans for K-12 students. Prior to this role, James worked as an Upscale Security Officer at G4S International from December 2013 to April 2016, where responsibilities included advising on security issues, mentoring fellow officers, compiling incident reports, resolving workplace conflicts, and responding to medical emergencies. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages (Spanish and German) and Political Science from Colorado State University and has studied Spanish Language and Literature abroad at Universidad de Granada.
