Amanda Frisque Britanyak has over a decade of experience in food service and nutrition, currently serving as the Assistant Food Service Director for the Green Bay Area Public School District since January 2012. In this role, Amanda is instrumental in promoting Child Nutrition Programs, managing meal programs for 42 schools, and overseeing the Community Eligibility Provision at 21 schools, ensuring nutritional support for 21,000 students. Amanda has also held positions as a Food Service Specialist and with Levy Restaurants, where involvement included direct interaction with culinary services for Green Bay Packers personnel. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
