Dexter McNabb

Dexter McNabb currently serves as the School Principal for the Green Bay Area Public School District since July 2023. McNabb has been a member of the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors since July 2015 and held the position of Associate Principal at Green Bay Public Schools from July 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing various educational departments and supporting the academic success of students and staff. McNabb began their career in education as a teacher in the West Depere School District from 1998 to 2008, specializing in at-risk and special education. Additionally, McNabb was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in April 1992 after completing studies at the University of Florida. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master of Science in Administrative Leadership, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida.
