GREEN BAY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
Sherman Calloway is currently the Manager of Student Engagement and Attendance at the Green Bay Area Public School District, a position held since October 2023. Prior roles include serving as the STAR Assistant Director and STAR Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, where responsibilities focused on closing the achievement gap between black/African-American and white students. Sherman has a background in the criminal justice system, having worked as a Probation and Parole Officer for the State of Missouri and as a Youth Leader Specialist II at the 22nd Circuit Court. Initial career experience includes roles within the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and Southeast Missouri Hospital, where fitness and health initiatives were emphasized. Sherman holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management, both from Southeast Missouri State University.
