Matthew Szymanski

Matthew Szymanski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mill operations and management within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Mill Operations at Green Bay Packaging since July 1996, responsibilities include overseeing operations at the company's locations in Green Bay and Arkansas, as well as the Pinecrest Slitting Division. Previously, Matthew held roles such as Vice President/General Manager for the Arkansas Kraft Division and General Manager for the Green Bay Mill Division. An early career included positions as a Process Development Coordinator and Process Specialist at Green Bay Packaging and as a Technical Sales Representative for Allied Colloids. Matthew holds an MBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
