Nick Jansen

Nick Jansen is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and process optimization, currently serving as the Mill Operations Group Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Green Bay Packaging since May 2018. In this role, Nick directs efforts across multiple mill operations to develop and implement comprehensive continuous improvement systems, mentoring a team of professionals while providing training on CI methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Process Improvement Lead, where Nick focused on enhancing problem-solving skills and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and sustainability. Nick began the career at Green Bay Packaging as a Converting Supervisor Intern, managing production activities and ensuring quality standards. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
