Nicoletta Pinopoulos

Nicoletta Pinopoulos is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Qualitrol since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nicoletta spent nearly three years at FTS, Inc. as a Senior Executive Assistant, providing support to the Executive Leadership Team and managing operational tasks and events. Nicoletta’s career includes significant experience at Rochester Regional Health, where multiple senior executive assistant positions were held, supporting both the CEO and CMO. Additional roles at the University of Rochester and University of Rochester Medical Center contributed to a robust administrative background. Nicoletta holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Arts from Northern Virginia Community College.
