Riley Callaway is a practicing foodie and an advocate for communal living, Riley dreams of building an eco-community where every day ends with a group dinner around a big wooden table. Originally from Georgia, Riley holds a BA in Humanistic Studies from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, and a MS from MUM in Fairfield, Iowa.
