Jennifer Owens

Jennifer Owens is currently the Quality Director for LEED Residential at Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions such as Manager of Residential Education Programs at the U.S. Green Building Council, Co-chair of the Residential Committee at USGBC San Diego, and Chair of Green-Spark.org. Jennifer also has experience as an Associate Engineer at Rick Engineering Company and Kleinfelder, specializing in Land Development projects. Jennifer is an alumni of San Diego State University, holding Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering/Sustainable Design.
