Patrick Ouedraogo has a diverse work experience across various companies. Patrick currently works at HelloFresh as a Senior HRBP, Manager since January 2023, and previously held the position of HRBP Manager starting in September 2021. Prior to their time at HelloFresh, Patrick worked at Green Chef as a Senior Associate in People Operations from January 2021 onwards. Patrick also served as a Human Resources Associate from August 2019 and as a Recruiter since November 2015. Patrick's earlier experience includes working as an Executive Chef at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill from July 2013 to November 2015. Patrick then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Wilmington University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Patrick obtained certifications in HR & Payroll Management Course from the International Open Academy in August 2016 and Accounting from Food Serv Safe.
