Debbie MacCarry

Debbie MacCarry has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance. Debbie started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Director of Performance Improvement at Green Chimneys, where they worked until 2006. Debbie then joined Graham Windham as the Director of Quality Improvement until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, they served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Green Chimneys Children's Services. In 2008, they also became a Peer Reviewer at the Council on Accreditation. Since 2015, Debbie has been the Associate Executive Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Green Chimneys. In 2018, they also took on the role of Consultant at a private company.

Debbie MacCarry attended the University of Michigan from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Executive Leadership Institute at the Ross Business School and Social Work. Prior to that, they studied at Southern Connecticut State University from 1983 to 1986, earning a master's degree in Special Education. Debbie MacCarry completed their bachelor's degree in History at Western Connecticut State University from 1973 to 1977.
