Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Richard is the Founder and President of Bold Narratives, a global consulting firm specializing in helping companies establish their leadership identity. Richard also served as the Senior Vice President of Communication and Strategy at Green CHP, an integrated energy solutions provider.

Prior to that, Phillips worked as a Senior Strategist at VisionEdge Marketing, where they brought their expertise in data-derived insights and performance management to help clients achieve their growth goals. Richard also held the position of Vice President of Growth and Partnership Development at xloop Digital Services, a digital engineering company.

In addition to their strategic roles, Phillips has founded and led several companies. Richard was the Founder, CEO, and President of Minerva AI, an artificial intelligence platform that solves urban air mobility challenges. Richard also founded Lantern Messaging, a global cloud exchange providing mobile messaging services, and I Risk Films, a film production company.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Phillips established himself as the Founder and President of Phillips & Company, a global communications firm specializing in public relations and business development. Richard also worked as the Director of Strategy and Communications at the 5G Open Innovation Lab.

Earlier in their career, Phillips served as the Managing Partner at Telepoint Global Hosting Services, a leading provider of wholesale voice and hosting services.

Richard Phillips attended Georgetown University from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree in Public Policy. Prior to that, they studied at Boston University from 1987 to 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
