Derek L. Sanchez

Derek L. Sanchez has a diverse background in the renewable energy and environmental advocacy sectors. Derek L. began their career as the Director of Education and Outreach at REI, where they established partnerships with non-profits and developed educational programs for members. Derek L. then served as the Director of Political Campaigns at the Fund for the Public Interest, where they raised awareness of environmental issues and recruited supporters. Derek went on to work as the Los Angeles Outreach Coordinator at 3Degrees Group, Inc., helping organizations incorporate clean energy strategies. Currently, they are the Inside Sales Manager and Client Design Program Manager at SunPower by Green Convergence, where they build relationships with clients, tailoring renewable energy systems for their homes and businesses.
