Hanson Lee

Hanson Lee, PhD, currently serves on the Industrial Advisory Panel at the University of Malaya, contributing expertise in shaping undergraduate education in Chemical Engineering. As a co-founder and CEO of GreenCOP Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based start-up, Hanson Lee focuses on producing sustainable biofuels from biowaste, promoting an inclusive approach towards greening the maritime and transportation sectors. Additionally, a Research Engineer and Student Mentor at the National University of Singapore, Hanson Lee engages in various teaching roles and has been a prominent speaker at multiple conferences on maritime decarbonization and green fuel strategies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and various additional certifications.
