David B. Lentz

David is Green Courte's Chief Executive Officer and has been with the firm since just after its organization. He is Chairman of The Parking Spot, Green Courte’s near-airport parking platform, and of Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC, True Connection Communities, and Windward Communities, the firm’s consolidated residential vehicle, active adult/independent senior living platform, and land-lease community platform. David was President and Chief Executive Officer and served on the board of directors of American Land Lease, Inc., Green Courte’s previous land-lease community platform, until its sale/merger with Sun Communities, Inc. in 2015. Prior to joining Green Courte, David was Director of Development with Mosbacher Power Group, L.L.C., a global developer, owner and operator of independent power generation assets where he led projects under development in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, and a Financial Analyst with Enron Capital & Trade Resources.
