Neeta Khare

Neeta Khare is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in battery management systems and technological innovation in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering for Battery and Fuel Cells at Iveco Group, Neeta previously held key positions including Chief Innovation Officer at Green Cubes Technology Corporation and Vice President of Technology at Leclanché SA, where significant contributions were made to product development and deployment across various public transportation systems. With a strong background as a Senior Scientist at ESReC, CSEM-BFH and Eos Energy Storage, Neeta has been instrumental in advancing BMS algorithms and system integration. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Intelligent Battery Monitoring from Banasthali Vidyapith, complemented by a robust teaching career at Banasthali University.
