Amy MacFarlane

Amy MacFarlane, CPA, CA, ICD.D, has extensive experience in leadership and governance across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Board Chair and Director at Green Diamond Equipment since 2018, Amy also holds the position of President, Board Chair, and Director at PEI Bag Company, as well as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Atlantic Aqua Farms Ltd. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Education from the University of Prince Edward Island and Directors Education Program from ICD-Rotman, Amy has been an Assistant Professor since 2007, teaching various accounting courses. Previous roles include Senior Manager at KPMG and Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young, with notable past leadership positions in the realm of co-operative education and university governance.
