Krista Prescott, CPHR

Krista Prescott has a diverse work experience in human resources and sales roles. Krista is currently the Director of Human Resources at Green Diamond Equipment since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Recruitment & Development Manager from June 2021 to February 2023, Assistant Human Resources Manager from August 2020 to June 2021, and Human Resources & Training Coordinator from April 2016 to August 2020 at the same company.

Before joining Green Diamond Equipment, Krista worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at IAM Building Systems Inc. from July 2015 to April 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Lead at Welaptega Marine Limited from April 2013 to March 2015.

Additionally, Krista also has experience in sales. Krista worked as a Sales representative at Murphy's on the Water from April 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for booking business and social events for large groups, handling food, beverage, and entertainment arrangements.

Krista Prescott, CPHR, holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from NSCC, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of New Brunswick, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Krista also holds a certification in AIP Intercultural Training, obtained from MAGMA-AMGM (Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area) in October 2022.
